Frank Kern – A Legendary Guru Of Internet Marketing

Today I would like to talk about a Top Guru of Online Marketing. There are so many Top Guru’s that we can probably relate to their stories, and take advice from, when it comes to online marketing. Have you ever heard the term “Started from the bottom, now we’re here”? Frank Kern, a internet marketing legend, is a great example of this statement. Let’s take a step back into the past for a moment and reflect on his early life before, and just as, he was getting into online marketing.

Frank Kern started off as a broke door-to-door salesman for credit card processing systems in Macon, GA. He never finished college and was living in a single-wide trailer.

We have all been in this situation in one way or another, haven’t we? So we can relate to being dirt poor and trying to get by payday to payday while living day to day. We all have had those days where we just don’t know how we are going to get by in life. Frank Kern most likely had these days also.

He borrowed some of Tony Robbins’ tapes from his step-father and he found he wanted to learn about online marketing. Frank had a mindset that he was going to be something great, so he gave his best time and time again. After some time of failing, he did keyword research and discovered a market of people wanting to teach their pet parrot how to talk. He also heard about a guy doing the same thing profitably offline, so he wrote an ad promising what would be in his eBook about parrots prior to even starting on the eBook itself.

He hired a freelancer for $650 dollars to write this eBook for him and told him to write about those promises in the ad plus more promises he didn’t mention. He wanted the book to include EVERYTHING a parrot owner ever wanted to know.

I know you’re probably thinking, “You mean to tell me that a guy that knows nothing, an amateur, of online marketing wasn’t skeptical about paying that high a price?”, he was but he had the mindset of implementation.

He took a risk by implementing and taking action. It paid off and He built a $3,000/month income stream from the eBook ALONE! That’s great income on his FIRST eBook attempt!

He went on to find a course that taught him how to make a website for each and every dog breed. On those sites, 600 of them, he ran ads offering the same eBook for each dog breed. That business which launched in 2005, went on to make sales of $1 million dollars in 2006.

Frank Kern is now a successful entrepreneur, internet marketer/business consultant from the US, and is considered by many to be one of the top “guru’s” in the internet marketing industry. He has a laid back style and unfiltered personality which makes him a huge hit. He continued to further his business and has made up to $18 million on a single product launch.
